Cindy Fox Miller & Associates is looking for a motivated and client-focused Buyer Agent to join our team of high achievers.
We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for fielding incoming leads, working our database, adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Compensation Disclaimer
This is a position with Cindy Fox Miller & Associates, part of Keller Williams Upstate Legacy. Your earnings are 100% commission-based and directly tied to your effort, dedication, and productivity. There is no salary or guaranteed income.
Compensation:
$80,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Guide buyers through their home-buying journey, offering expertise, advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Market Mastery: Stay on top of local trends, property values, and neighborhoods to provide clients with invaluable insights.
- Lead Management: Convert leads into satisfied clients and closed transactions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of professionals who are as passionate about success as you are.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Motivation to succeed. We'll provide training and systems, and the person who succeeds in this role at a high level will be a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision.
