About the role
Pure Eco‐Wellness Salon & Spa is quiet luxury—elevated self‐care without attitude. We’re hiring an experienced Client Experience professional to run a busy front desk with calm confidence and precision, delivering a consistently 5‐star experience. You’ll also guide guests toward the right services through thoughtful recommendations, prebooking support, and wellness upgrades—warm, professional, and never pushy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a 5‐star guest experience from first call to checkout
- Manage appointment scheduling, service timing, and coordination in a busy salon + spa
- Convert inquiries/consultation calls into booked appointments (and the right services)
- Confidently recommend add-ons/upgrades and promote featured services (warm, never pushy)
- Support retail education and checkout conversations to improve guest results
- Encourage prebooking, referrals, and reactivation follow-ups
- Track simple front desk metrics (booking conversion, prebooking, retail support)
- Follow and execute our PURE protocols and wellness systems consistently
- Help lead front desk standards and support/mentor team members as you grow
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years salon/spa front desk experience OR premium hospitality/customer service experience
- Calm, warm, professional communication—especially under pressure
- Strong organization and accuracy (notes, timing, follow‐through)
- Comfortable with phone calls, booking software, and a fast-paced schedule
- Leadership mindset and pride in high standards
- Comfortable with sales conversations in a service-based business (guiding, recommending, closing)
- Motivated by goals/metrics and takes pride in improving results
