About the Opportunity
HireQuest is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support production in Hillsboro. This role
assists with coordination, worker support, and safety compliance on the floor.Ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisors with daily workflow and labor coordination
- Support and direct workers during sorting operations
- Monitor safety compliance and PPE usage
- Communicate production needs and updates to team members
- Help with shift transitions and task assignments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership or floor coordination experience preferred
- Comfortable working in industrial environments
Bilingual Required
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be 18 years or older
Working Conditions:
- Indoor industrial setting around conveyor processes
- Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes
- May require walking, bending, and standing throughout shift
- PPE required
