About This Role:

The IT Systems Support Administrator will have multiple roles. You will be the face of IT of our internal staff as well as to our external vendor for managed services. Your ability to efficiently resolve technical issues will allow our staff member to do their work efficiently, ultimately impacting the success of our client focused mission. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our managed services vendor in the implementation and maintenance of company application and server infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud. This role will require in-depth computer knowledge and problem-solving skills used to monitor and maintain various operating systems, applications, and all related infrastructure in the corporate environment. You will be expected to be adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting common technical problems and providing timely, accurate solutions to those you assist.

Requirements:

  • 2 year technical/associates degree in IT related discipline with 3-5 years of progressive IT experience in a corporate environment or 4-year degree in IT related discipline with 1-2 years' experience in IT.
  • Understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and virtual network management.
  • Must possess relevant education or experience in installation, troubleshooting, configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and related technologies (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy)
  • Must possess knowledge or experience in technical capabilities in Microsoft Online Services including the following: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Web Services, Azure Active Directory, and Apple Phones
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem resolution skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strict adherence to company confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Education or experience to administer SharePoint Online including security, user access and permissions, and site and library creation.
  • Education or experience to develop and maintain Power Platform flows.
  • Education or experience in installation and administration of general server applications.
  • Education or experience with Server Virtualization such as VMware.
  • Education or experience with Remote Desktop Services.
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion while working collaboratively in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
