Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Parts Counter & Delivery Specialist to support both our in-store parts operations and local parts deliveries. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, organization, and on-the-road independence.
You’ll assist customers and technicians at the parts counter, help maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver parts to repair shops and internal departments with professionalism and care.

Schedule
Part-Time Hours
- Weekday shifts (flexible hours depending on business needs)
- Occasional Saturdays may be requested
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Parts Counter Duties
- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors at the parts counter
- Look up parts, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service
- Process parts orders, returns, and payments
- Help maintain and organize stockroom inventory
- Restock shelves and participate in inventory counts
Delivery Duties
- Safely deliver parts to local repair shops, dealerships, and service centers
- Ensure accurate order pick-up, loading, and drop-off
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to delivery partners
- Maintain delivery logs and return signed invoices as needed
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Basic automotive or parts knowledge preferred
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift automotive parts (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working independently while on deliveries
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Certifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (parts look-up systems, POS, email)
