Job Description

Overview:

Swish Data Corporation (Swish) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator and Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and administration of NetSuite, Salesforce, and other core business systems. This individual will manage all hands-on system administration tasks, oversee external implementation partners, and drive process optimization across departments.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in ERP and CRM systems administration, systems integration, project management, and continuous improvement, with a strong technical background in both NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and administer the NetSuite platform, including SuiteScript customizations, workflows, and data management.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and administration of Salesforce, ensuring seamless alignment between CRM and ERP processes.
  • Manage system integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal business applications to ensure data consistency and process automation across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR).
  • Evaluate current systems and processes, design and implement scalable solutions to support growth and efficiency objectives.
  • Serve as functional lead and system expert for both production and sandbox environments.
  • Source, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and system enhancements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy system modules, scripts, workflows, and reports to meet evolving business needs.
  • Own end-to-end implementation projects, including Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration, data migration, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process maps.
  • Provide technical support and end-user training, fostering adoption of new features and best practices.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls in collaboration with HR for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into financial, sales, and operational performance.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and change management for upgrades, enhancements, and new integrations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to support month-end and quarter-end close procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience administering ERP and CRM platforms, with 3+ years of direct NetSuite experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration or implementation experience preferred.
  • Proven project management and systems integration experience (preferably Salesforce-to-NetSuite or similar).
  • Proficiency in saved searches, custom records, workflows, forms, and dashboards in NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, automation (Flows), and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of business operations — including Accounting, Sales, and Order Management processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage projects from concept to deployment.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages preferred.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with core business processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Lead-to-Close.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Demonstrated success in system implementations (NetSuite, Salesforce, or related business systems).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where process improvement is a constant focus.

Applicants will be accepted until December 31, 2025 or until position has been filled.
