• You’ll represent the company with both internal stakeholders, external contractors and regulatory bodies.
• You’ll have the ability to work with a site team, corporate team, and contractors to complete HSE tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• You’ll complete project level risk reviews and maintain company specific risk assessments.
• You’ll represent company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
• You’ll develop and maintain project level HSE procedures, presentations, and project management trackers.
• You’ll review and evaluate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• You’ll track and validate contractor HSE metrics at assigned project site.
• You’ll conduct HSE observations and self-assessments at assigned project site.
• You’ll utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:• 3-10 years’ experience in construction HSE; preferably renewables
• B.A./B.S. Degree
• CHST, ASP, or CSP
• Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
• OSHA 30 Construction, OSHA 500 preferred
• Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR
• Comfortable commuting to and working in remote locations
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
