Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible New Mexico SLP licensure
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and therapy planning for school-aged children
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress and compliance
• Provide support and training to teachers and families on language interventions and strategies
• Engage actively in school-based meetings, in-services, and professional development
