Are you passionate about real estate and looking to join a top-performing team in Worthington, OH? Our large real estate team (20+ agents) is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager/Real Estate Administrative Assistant.
With a competitive hourly salary of $20 - $22, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our agents and team lead, as well as managing and creating content for our social media.
Your attention to detail, outgoing personality, and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our team as we continue to grow and excel in the real estate market. Our ideal candidate will either already have a real estate license or will want to obtain a real estate license in the future! This is a 20-hour-per-week position, with hours from 9 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday, alternating between our main Worthington location and our remote team office in Clintonville. Compensation:
$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist our agents with ongoing training on a variety of topics, including the use of our tech platforms, social media, and other tasks.
- Assist our team lead in managing the group, tracking agent production, and onboarding/training new agents.
- Manage our social media platforms and assist in creating content that promotes our agents.
- Assist the team lead in recruiting efforts.
- Assist in scheduling classes and social events for the team.
- This is a 20 hour per week, fully in-person position, with hours from 9 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday. The hours will be split between our main Worthington location and a remote team office in Clintonville.
Qualifications:
- A real estate license is a plus, but is not required. This role is a great way to gain valuable experience and knowledge that can be used in a real estate career. The position does allow for a concurrent real estate career.
- An outgoing, friendly personality is a must.
- Good organizational skills are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for this position.
- A good general knowledge of the major social media platforms is needed (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Experience with Canva, Excel, video editing tools, and general technical proficiency is a plus.
