Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect comprehensive information on clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, establishing clear goals and interventions that promote healing and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for all clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services, engage in risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as necessary to ensure client welfare.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation meetings, and support groups aimed at fostering community and shared healing experiences.
