What will my internship look like?
Are you a student or a recent graduate passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to gain real-world experience? Join us as an AI Intern and be part of a team that's rethinking the way accounting firms use AI technology. You'll be directly supporting the IT Data & Enablement Team as we explore and deploy artificial intelligence across our firm. You'll be immersed in a professional services environment, applying your technical knowledge to develop AI solutions that enhance real-world accounting, finance, and business operations. Job tasks include:
- Research, develop, and test AI models to support accounting and finance processes like predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
- Assist with the deployment and integration of AI tools into business systems.
- Support data collection, cleaning, and preparation for AI/ML use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and accounting professionals to identify AI opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on AI trends and share your insights with the team.
- Document and help troubleshoot AI applications for broader use.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Understanding of core AI/ML concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Experience with Python, R, or SQL and common AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator and team player, excited to keep learning.
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with financial or accounting data.
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

What will my schedule look like?
Ideally, interns can join us full-time to get the most experience possible from their internship, but we can work with you to determine a schedule that fits your school commitments, including a part-time internship. We are open to internships throughout the year, working onsite at one of office locations.
