The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and management while maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties

• Front desk for client interactions: scheduling, billing, coordinating tasks for staff physical therapists.
• Sales calls and lead generation for small physical therapy practice that emphasizes health, fitness and proactive approach to rehabilitation
• Oversee schedule management for team members, ensuring effective allocation of resources and time.
• Coordinate event planning activities, including meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
• Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication channels within the office.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting teamwork and supporting staff development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing phone systems and other office technologies such a EMR and CRM technology.
• Experience with event planning and coordinating logistics for various functions.
• Excellent schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage team dynamics.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
