The IT Professional will be an integral member of a large technical team supporting a diverse general business environment. This role demands expertise in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and delivering high-quality technical support. The successful candidate will routinely engage with advanced platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and Cisco Networking, while handling frequent travel obligations to support various operational locations.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage security protocols and perform incident response activities
- Install and configure software applications for user environments
- Maintain hardware and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Train users on IT systems and software applications
- Manage backups and ensure data integrity
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server and network configuration
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
