- Preferred Experience: Adolescent Autism and Geriatric care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services tailored to each clients needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Perform ostomy care and bag cleaning per care plan and training
- Provide supportive care and engagement for an adolescent with autism
- Provide compassionate care for geriatric clients as needed
- Assist with:
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping and linen changes
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Outdoor activities and shopping
- Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
- Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience
- Experience working with adolescents with autism and geriatric clients preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with or willingness to be trained in ostomy care
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
