We’re hiring a personable, high-energy Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our technicians. If you can translate concerns into clear repair orders, keep the lane moving, and grow hours with integrity—let’s talk.
What You’ll Do

Greet and triage customers; capture accurate concerns and write clean ROs

Estimate and advise on timelines, costs, warranty coverage, and maintenance options
-
Communicate status updates, approvals, and ETAs; schedule drop-offs/pickups
-
Partner with techs and parts to hit promise times and first-time-fix goals
-
Upsell value (maintenance and repairs) that protect vehicles and boost CSI
-
Handle cashiering and documentation correctly—every time
What You Bring

Proven customer-service skills and clear communication (phone and in-person)

Working knowledge of automotive systems/diagnostics; dealership experience a plus

DMS/industry software proficiency (Nissan/Dealertrack/CDK/Tekion a plus)

Organized, decisive problem-solver who thrives in a fast lane
