Compensation:

$125,400 - $295,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and develop your sales skills in a supportive environment.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting property listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each home.
  • Participate in open houses and property tours, providing insights and answering questions to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Utilize our proven systems to manage leads and follow up with potential buyers, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and developments to offer clients the most current advice.
  • Work closely with our team to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote properties and attract buyers in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta area.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or working toward licensure.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others find their dream home.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, eager to learn from seasoned professionals.
  • Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up diligently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Strong organizational skills to assist in preparing and presenting property listings effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in open houses and property tours, providing insights and answering client questions confidently.
