We’re looking for a hands-on SDET to help elevate quality across our online services ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of development, automation, and infrastructure — ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable testing solutions and improving engineering velocity without compromising quality.
Overview:
- Design and implement automated testing solutions including frameworks, tooling, and CI/CD integrations
- Define and track quality metrics to continuously improve product reliability
- Analyze logs, test results, and system data to proactively identify defects and performance risks
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance testability and optimize development workflows
- Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation infrastructure
- Perform code reviews with a focus on quality, scalability, and test coverage
- Mentor team members and promote best practices across distributed teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in SDET, Software Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong programming experience in C#
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred)
- Proven ability to build and scale automated test frameworks (unit, integration, E2E)
- Experience testing web-based applications and services
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar)
- Experience with Git or Perforce
- Understanding of non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility)
- Experience with containerization (Docker preferred)
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Bonus: C++ and GoogleTest experience
