WHITMAN Legal Resources has a great opportunity for a Senior Family Law Attorney in White Plains, NY (On-site) to work for a boutique family law firm. NY license with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in family law to lead high-level cases, mentor attorneys and staff, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a high impact role with the opportunity to join an impressive and collaborative team! Must have Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolution; Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff; Ensure high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaboration; Conduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts aimed at attracting high-caliber clientele; Assist in evolving firm systems, policies, and best practices to support continued operational growth and client service excellence.
