Job Title: Repair Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Repair Technician in a PCB manufacturing environment. You will work on rejected boards, following a computer system to identify and rectify issues by installing correct components. This position involves soldering for the majority of the workday.
Responsibilities
- Work on rejected PCB boards to identify and fix issues.
- Utilize a computer system to remove defective areas on the board.
- Install the correct components to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform soldering tasks for approximately 80% of the workday.
- Maintain accurate documentation using a computer.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in soldering.
- At least 1 year of experience in electronics.
- Proficient in computer documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and debugging.
- Experience / knoweldge in iPhone repair or similar tasks, such as screen replacements, is beneficial.

Work Environment
The role offers 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) opportunities with over 20 openings. The facility is very clean, featuring new machinery to support your work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr.
