Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA for a General Manager at a busy restaurant. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include financial management, inventory control, staff training and development, and implementing marketing strategies. The General Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work closely with the executive team to improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or related field
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
- Financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Experience with inventory control and supplier negotiations
