We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Superintendent to manage and maintain a beautiful apartment building in Freeport, New York.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in apartment building or residential property management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Ability to manage vendors, coordinate repairs, and ensure the building operates smoothly.
• Residents in or near Freeport, NY are strongly preferred.
