Position Highlights:

Practice Focus: Real estate and litigation
Location: Fully remote option available, with preference for candidates in the Bay Area for court appearances
Billable Hours: 1300–1400 annually (they consider 1600 high!)
Compensation: $120,000–$160,000+ DOE, with annual five-figure discretionary bonuses based on performance and marketing

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of strong litigation experience (real estate preferred but not required)
Confident handling a caseload independently
Open to occasional in-person appearances in the Bay Area
Motivated to learn and grow in the real estate law sector
