Loc: Remote from any city within Texas

Mainframe Application Analyst to support Unemployment Insurance projects.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Evaluate system capabilities, gather requirements, and resolve technical issues to improve functionality.
• Support low-code implementations, system configuration, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Apply project standards, lead testing, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery.

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:

• 4-7+ years of experience with and knowledge of Natural, COBOL Mainframe language
  • Experience with DB2 Table Designs
• 4-7+ years of experience analyzing and documents business and system requirements
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, tracking defects, and facilitating UAT

Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:

• Experience working on Unemployment Insurance Systems (TWC systems preferred)
• Experience with one or more public sector agencies
• Experience as a Test Lead
