Parts/Service Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day operations of the service department
-
Supervise and develop a team of diesel technicians
-
Oversee scheduling, repairs, and work orders
-
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
-
Manage parts inventory, ordering, and restocking
-
Oversee front and back counter parts operations
-
Track invoices, budgets, and reporting
What You’ll Need:
-
Trucking Service/maintenance management experience required
-
Knowledge of diesel repair, diagnostics, and fleet maintenance
-
Experience in parts management (truck preferred)

Solid inventory management and computer skills

Strong communication and leadership ability
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active during shift

Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset
