Store General Manager Qualifications:

<li>Current or very recent experience in high-volume</li>
<li>Solid tenure -- Consistent work history</li>
<li>3+ years of General Manager experience</li>
<li>Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach</li>
<li>Great communication skills and professional appearance</li>
<li>Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service</li>
<li>Experience with Catering is a plus, but not required</li>
