Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage complex accounting and bookkeeping activities across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Analyze investment activity, including capital gains, dividends, interest income, and alternative investments.
- Drive accounting projects, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide accounting support, insights, and reporting.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP and general ledger systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPA, CA, and/or MBA designation.
- Experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, private investment structures, or family office environments.
- Experience working within complex organizations and global teams.
