Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including greeting guests and addressing inquiries.
• Handle reservations, recommend local restaurants and attractions, and arrange transportation services.
• Assist with event planning and promote local events to enhance guest experiences.
• Manage mail and package delivery services efficiently and ensure accurate tracking.
• Provide support with personal tasks such as organizing dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and dining reservations.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks related to guest services.
• Organize and manage files to ensure easy access to essential information.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems to address guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for administrative tasks.• Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and amenities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
