Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on integrating multiple supply chain solutions and applications into a unified ecosystem.
\n
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner and transformation advisor, working closely with senior leadership and program stakeholders to assess the current landscape, identify challenges and opportunities, define the transformation roadmap, and support successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current supply chain application, process, and technology landscape.
- Analyze existing business, operational, and technology challenges across the transformation program.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's supply chain operations, terminology, business levers, and operating environment.
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders and program leadership to support transformation objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor and provide thought leadership throughout the transformation journey.
- Develop strategic recommendations focused on business value realization, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Define and support the execution of the supply chain transformation roadmap.
- Help establish the transformation approach, execution strategy, and governance model.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, solution teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
- Identify program risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities to accelerate value delivery.
- Support integration and alignment across multiple applications and platforms.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and future-state capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on supply chain processes, operations, and technology ecosystems.
- Support program planning, decision-making, prioritization, and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation programs.
- Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong background working with multiple supply chain applications, platforms, and technology ecosystems.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and transformation roadmap development.
- Demonstrated track record with program execution, governance, and workstream coordination.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and business leaders.
- Ability to assess complex business/technology landscapes and develop strategic recommendations aligned with enterprise value.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to program leadership.

Preferred Experience

- Industry background in Manufacturing or Automotive.
- Deep understanding of automotive supply chain processes, operations, and logistics.
