About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally recognized professional services firm. The organization is making significant investments in modernizing its technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development, low-code platforms, and secure enterprise applications.

They are seeking a Developer to support the evolution of their internal application landscape. You will play a key role in transforming AI-generated and internally built solutions into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, refactor, and harden applications generated by attorneys and staff using AI-assisted coding tools, converting them into production-ready solutions suitable for enterprise deployment
  • Build, extend, and maintain applications on the firm’s low-code platforms to support operational needs across departments and practice groups
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions that adhere to the firm’s development standards and architectural patterns, including appropriate test coverage
  • Conduct code reviews for citizen-developed applications and AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software development across web, enterprise, or low-code environments
  • Proven ability to work across multiple technology stacks and adapt to new tools
  • Experience with code reviews, version control systems, and modern development lifecycles
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security concepts (e.g., SAST, dependency analysis)
  • Experience supporting or reviewing internally built or citizen-developed applications is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
