Summary: Work closely with the nursing, dining, and administrative teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve any facility-related concerns.
Schedule: Full-Time Day
Pay: $22 per hour
Job Duties
- Conducting routine inspections of the facility’s systems.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Professional demeanor
- Performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Director to prioritize and schedule larger maintenance projects.
Assisting with setting up and breakdown for special events and activities
Job Requirements:
- Technical training or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair work, or a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or residential setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various systems ad issues independently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks as needed.
