Job DescriptionLegal Network Manager North American Recovery, Utah’s premier collection agency, has a career position available in our fast-paced professional office in West Valley City. Our company is growing at a rapid rate, and we need a smart, energetic professional who can assist in managing our legal network. Our collection agency has a network of attorneys across the country who assist us in our collection efforts by accepting our accounts and filing lawsuits on our behalf to recover the unpaid debts. Our Legal Network Assistant Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Legal Network Manager regarding the interactions we have with the various attorneys in our legal network. Our Assistant Manager will help identify any deficiency or inefficiencies in our processes and procedures and work with the Senior Management team to resolve the identified issues. Skill Requirements

The Assistant Manager will work closely with our department managers to continually improve our attorney network results. Education and Experience
- Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
OR
- Real-world experience successfully managing a team of five to ten employees in an office environment. If you know how to manage, and are smart and motivated to succeed, we want you on our team.
Income Pay will be based on education, experience, technical expertise, and overall ability to perform the job. The starting pay for this position is $28.00 per hour.Benefits
