Now Hiring: Real Estate Broker-in-Charge (Oahu Based / Hybrid)

We are seeking a New or Seasoned Real Estate Broker-in-Charge to join our humble, boutique-style brokerage here in Hawai‘i. This role offers the best of both worlds — flexible remote work along with in-office presence on Oahu.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing agents and staff

• Holding bi-weekly staff meetings

• Leading or assisting with training sessions

• Reviewing contracts in collaboration with the Principal Broker

• Helping cultivate a positive, productive team environment

Requirements:

• Active Hawai‘i Real Estate Broker License

• Leadership mindset and strong communication skills

• Passion for supporting and elevating agents

Job position is for an Independent Contractor.

Must have GE License.
