Job DescriptionCDR General Services LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Bilingual General Laborers to join our team in Millington, TN. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, motivated to learn, and comfortable performing hands-on work in a manufacturing or steel industry environment. Previous experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or steel-related work is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload customer materials from racks and work areas.
- Clean, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Use hand and power tools such as files, brushes, grinders, and other equipment.
- Move and transport materials and goods from receiving areas.
- Perform a variety of physical and general labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Follow company safety procedures and actively participate in the safety program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all health and safety protocols when operating equipment and working throughout the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform hands-on manual work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the steel industry is a plus.
- Quality-oriented with a strong commitment to completing work accurately and efficiently.
