- Integrate VoIP systems with existing IT infrastructure.
Maintenance and monitoring
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and firmware upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and network traffic to ensure reliability and call quality.
- Maintain user databases and system documentation.
Troubleshooting and support
- Diagnose and resolve VoIP issues, including call quality problems.
- Respond to support tickets and provide technical assistance to end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues related to call connectivity, quality, and security.
Other responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments on VoIP-related projects.
- Develop and implement security measures for VoIP systems.
- Provide user training on how to use VoIP systems effectively.
