Job Description
We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices and Journeyman who are willing to travel for commercial electrical projects. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn the electrical trade while working alongside experienced Journeyman Electricians.
This is an excellent opportunity for apprentices looking to gain valuable field experience, advance their careers, and work on a variety of commercial projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Assist Electricians with commercial electrical installations.
- Bend conduit, pull wire, and install electrical devices.
- Assist with wall rough-in, ceiling rough-in, and branch wiring.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements.
- Travel to project locations as assigned.
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Previous commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to assigned job locations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Strong attendance record and ability to show up on time every day.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic hand tools required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required.
- Strong desire to learn and advance in the electrical trade.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience bending conduit.
- Experience with branch wiring, wall rough, and ceiling rough.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
