Parts & Service Liaison
Mosites Motorsports West – Pittsburgh, PA
Mosites Motorsports West is looking for a Parts & Service Liaison to join our team! This role is the critical communication link between our service department, parts department, and our valued customers. We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and attention to detail to ensure our customers are informed and supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls related to service and parts inquiries.
- Proactively call customers with updates on the status of their parts orders and service work.
- Coordinate between the service and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
- Document communications and keep customer records up to date.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented experience for every customer interaction.
- Assist with check-in’s and drop offs for service appointments.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience (automotive/powersports industry a plus).
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and computer systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
