JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports franchise owners through the execution of new club buildouts and modernization of existing locations. This role coordinates timelines, documentation, vendor communication, and brand standard implementation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in alignment with company requirements. This position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, serving as a central point of coordination between franchisees, internal teams, and approved vendors.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

New Club Buildout Coordination:

  • Support franchisees from lease execution through grand opening
  • Coordinate design submissions and approvals (floorplans, layouts, renderings)
  • Track project milestones and required deliverables
  • Assist franchisees with:

Equipment layout coordination

Interior finishes (paint, flooring, wall graphics)

Interior and exterior signage packages

FF&E specifications

  • Maintain build-out tracking tools and status reports

Existing Club Modernization:

  • Track modernization requirements and deadlines for existing clubs
  • Communicate Minimum Rebranding Requirements and scope expectations
  • Coordinate review and approval of:

Updated paint and graphic designs

Signage replacements

Equipment upgrades

Flooring and cabinetry replacements

  • Monitor project progress and confirm completion documentation
  • Maintain modernization compliance dashboard

Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–4 years experience in project coordination, construction support, facilities management, or franchise operations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable reviewing layouts and design specifications
  • Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools
  • Experience in fitness, retail, or franchise environments preferred
