Legal Assistant
Regional law firm in Livonia is seeking an experienced full-time Legal Assistant. A qualified candidate must have at least 3-5 years of legal experience with emphasis on general litigation with commercial litigation experience being a plus. Prior experience is estate planning, real estate and/or corporate law is also preferred. Knowledge/experience with e-filing in Federal and State Court and familiarity with court rules is necessary.
Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, possess strong computer, digital dictation, typing and organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication ability. Qualities including superior time management skills, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage a busy attorney schedule are a must. Competitive salary and benefits.
