Hiring multiple REMOTE Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent professionals to support the upcoming Medicare Enrollment season. Must be currently licensed in HEALTH INSURANCE and reside in a state you are licensed in.
Applicants must reside in one of the following states:
Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program and 20% outbound to follow up with customers who have already expressed interest. NO COLD CALLS!
Type of Hire: Direct Hire Seasonal position with long term openings
Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $24- $26/hour (must be fully bilingual on health care coverage)
Top Performer Pay Rate with bonuses: $28/hour
Training Length: 2 to 4 weeks depending on provider
Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm either CST or EST
Post Training Schedule:
- Shift will be assigned an 8 hour shift between 6am and 2am (CST) may include one day of the weekend
- Overtime available, candidates may get asked to work later hours and more hours during AEP season
Location: REMOTE POSITION – Must live in the state you are licensed in
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
- Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan that best suits the customer's needs - Sales conversions are expected.
Requirements
- Health License is required to be active and in good standing
- Must reside in the state where licensed
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid (non-expired) ID matching resident licensing state
