What You’ll Be Doing:
- Staying in touch with leads and turning conversations into closings
- Creating strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Meeting with buyers and sellers to give honest, helpful advice
- Running showings and helping motivated buyers take action
- Managing deals from start to finish with steady communication
- Finding new business through consistent outreach and networking
- Tracking market trends so you can give your clients useful insights
What You’ll Need:
- An active real estate license
- Comfort using tech and learning new tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Motivation and follow-through—you take action and stick with it
- Good organization and time management to keep deals moving
- This is a fully remote position. All admin and back office work is handled by our transaction coordinators.
