Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse student populations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, based on IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide supportive input to families and staff
• Stay updated on best practices and comply with state and federal regulations
• Adapt services to support each student’s unique needs and learning styles
