• Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or a Team Leader in the Home Improvement Industry.
