Embassy Custodial Supervisor
Location: 1601 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (Some Weekends maybe required)
Salary based position of: 50k Annually | Bi-Weekly pay schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Working Supervisor by performing hands-on cleaning and operational tasks alongside your team while maintaining leadership and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, company policies, and the company's Green Cleaning Plan.
- Manage inventory, maintain cleaning equipment, and oversee supply distribution and procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections, track staff performance, and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating employees.
- Monitor time and attendance, prepare performance reports, and maintain administrative and compliance records.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA & Safety Guidelines, the company's Green Cleaning Plan, and Quality Control Plan.
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Use company-specific software and Microsoft Office to manage schedules, reporting, and communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership & Management: Minimum three years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities management.
- Government Experience: Must have experience operating in a government environment; embassy or diplomatic experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific custodial cleaning, infection control protocols, and OSHA safety compliance.
- Proficient in technical equipment operations for various surface types.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Flexible shift availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (on-call).
- Must be able to pass a thorough company and foreign government background check for clearance.
