Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: $18.50 hr

Duration: 2 Month Contract

Shift available:

7AM - 3PM

12PM to 8PM

3PM to 11PM

11PM to 7AM

Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide front-line service desk support to both internal and external customers of Retail Solutions. This role involves assisting clients via phone with technical and operational questions related to inventory scanners, access points, and reporting dashboards. You will guide clients through equipment setup, inventory processes, and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers throughout all phases of the inventory process.

  • Support clients with setup and operation of scanning equipment to ensure successful inventory execution.

  • Coordinate internal operational activities to ensure requests/orders are processed in a timely manner.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and requests into the departments database.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services under close supervision.

  • Direct callers to appropriate internal resources when needed.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior representatives for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; some college background preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (help desk, tech support, or related).

  • Light IT background and familiarity with Windows operating systems (e.g., understanding of C drive).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience working remotely is required.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends.

  • Spanish language skills a plus.
