About the Role
Talent Depot is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team developing and validating advanced hardware systems. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will play a key role in validating performance, troubleshooting hardware, and developing automation scripts to support the full product lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities

Perform Electromechanical testing to validate hardware functionality and compliance

Develop automated test scripts using LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB

Troubleshoot hardware issues throughout development and document findings

Operate diagnostic tools within Linux environments

Interface with systems using Ethernet and/or CAN communication protocols

Use standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, current sensors, and spectrum analyzers
RequirementsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electromechanical testing or hardware troubleshooting

Experience developing test automation scripts in LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB

Hands-on experience working with Linux systems

Strong knowledge of Ethernet and/or CAN protocols

Proficient in using common diagnostic and validation lab equipment
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with EMI and environmental testing

Experience with standards such as MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464, DO-160, or similar
