NS Pharma is a highly focused, research-driven biopharmaceutical company working in rare diseases. We're exploring the potential of cutting-edge science as a subsidiary of Nippon Shinyaku Co., Ltd. In Japan.

Job Summary:

This position is an exciting opportunity to lead commercial data management and reporting at a small and growing company focused on rare diseases. This role will provide guidance and support to the director of data strategy, analytics and reporting, as well as the brand analyst team. This role will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, patient services, market access and brand analyst teams to identify data opportunities and improvements in reporting, data structure and processes.

This is a hybrid position that requires two days in the Paramus, NJ office.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design the NS Pharma reporting strategy and oversee the implementation of cloud-based reporting to support sales, reimbursement and patient services field teams.
  • Lead the planning, implementation and support of customer-centric dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, processes and data structure to drive data standardization in support of HCP segmentations, HCP alerts, annual situation analyses, field alignments, analytic tools, and special projects.
  • Document, communicate and train the extended commercial operations team on data structure, business rules and processes.
  • Recommend new and better tools for business use cases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in related field with master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical analytics experience.
  • Advanced programming experience in languages such as SQL, Python, R, VBA, SAS, etc.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools, business intelligence tools and data management tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.
  • Experience implementing new tools for business use cases.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group involving stakeholders with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to be accurate and efficient.

The annualized target salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range depending on several factors, including experience, education, training, location, and merit.
