Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry database systems to research and complete residential appraisal reports for lending and non- lending purposes
• Evaluate properties to establish their market value using the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
• Ensure high levels of customer service when communicating with the administrative team and points of contact when completing valuations.
• Maintain continuing education and credential requirements.
• Scheduling on-site visits to inspect and measure property.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, research and writing skills
• Self-motivated with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Clearly and professionally communicate with both clients and team members
• Excellent multitasking and time management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any field or Associates degree in a field related to Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Real Estate. Appraisal Education preferred

Experience:

Appraisal Trainee License (preferred)
