Location: Battle Mountain, NV 89820
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr on W-2Schedule: 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility. Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift.
Job Overview:
Operate a beneficiation plant to process mine ore and prepare it as feed for the grinding plant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Start and operate jigs, conveyors, pumps, water systems, and feeders from control panels.
• Monitor plant equipment and adjust material flow during processing.
• Direct finished products through conveyors, chutes, and stacking systems.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning material spills, replacing wear parts, and changing screen cloths.
• Maintain work areas including walkways, stairs, guards, and control rooms.
• Assist with primary equipment maintenance (motors, pulleys, gearboxes, conveyor belts, elevator chains).
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Perform heavy manual cleanup using tools such as shovels, picks, and brooms.
• Lift and handle tools and equipment.
• Operate hand tools including jacks, ratchet wrenches, chain hoists, and come-alongs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work in confined spaces and occasionally at heights on bins, conveyors, or structures.
• Climb stairs, slopes, and structures as required.
• Work rotating shifts including nights or graveyard shifts.

HSE Responsibilities:

• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices.
• Participate in safety training and HSE programs.
• Report injuries, near misses, property damage, and hazards to supervisors.
