The Automotive Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales department to drive profitability and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering a superior customer experience Earning potential up to 150,000/Yr
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and developing a sales team.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
