HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Utility Laborers for underground utility construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with underground pipe installation, trenching, and backfilling.
- Locate underground utilities using hand tools and vacuum excavation equipment.
- Assist with trench protection installation.
- Guide dump trucks and assist equipment operators.
- Set up work zones and perform traffic control.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements:
- Previous construction or underground utility experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 20–100 lbs. as required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to climb in and out of excavations.
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
